📏 Marllex Flush Doors in the Rajkot Range

Marllex premium flush doors are stocked in Rajkot at 25mm, 30mm and 35mm, built as a Gurjan face on a solid pinewood batten core, in two grades: A grade MR (semi-waterproof) for dry internal openings, and A grade PF, 100% BWP — phenol-formaldehyde bonded, boiling water proof — for bathrooms, exterior entries and high-moisture kitchen zones. Ask for the grade by name when you order; both are held in the same sizes.

📐 Standard Door Sizes Stocked

Doors are held in seven heights — 72, 75, 78, 81, 84, 90 and 96 inches — against nine widths in 3-inch steps from 24 to 48 inches. That covers the standard internal room opening at 78x30 and 78x33, the main door at 81x36 and 84x36, and the taller and wider openings that usually get made to order elsewhere.

Thickness is chosen by where the door hangs and what hardware it carries. 25mm and 30mm are typical internal room doors; 35mm suits main doors, taller openings and doors carrying heavier locksets or closers. 📏 Stock Sizes and Special Orders

Held as regular stock: 25mm, 30mm and 35mm, in heights of 72, 75, 78, 81, 84, 90 and 96 inches against widths of 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39, 42, 45 and 48 inches. These are on the floor in Rajkot and go out with the order.

Available on special request: 32mm and 38mm. These are not carried as regular stock, but we arrange them to order — give us the size and the quantity with your enquiry and the lead time will be confirmed alongside the rate.

Minimum order: one door. There is no minimum order quantity here — you can buy a single door or a full truck load, and you are welcome to take one door first to check the material against your own job before committing to the doors you actually need.
